About us
I am a Speech and Language Pathologist with over 12 years experience working in a pediatric hospital in Los Angeles, CA. I have been a Feeding Therapist for over 9 years, trained in the SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach and behavioral-based interventions with expertise in Pediatric Feeding Disorders and ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder).
While I am blessed in my day-to-day work setting helping children and parents gain confidence in their eating, I am also a parent trying to put into practice at home what I preach at work (my kids are always testing my skills!). And I am fortunate to be in a community with other incredible parents who are similarly doing their best on a daily basis.

I’m a pediatric occupational therapist with 13 years of experience working with children who have feeding difficulies. I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, from a top pediatric hospital with babies and children with high medical complexity to a developing a program teaching preschool kids about healthy eating routines. My background includes a strong foundation in sensory integration, pediatric mental health and wellness, feeding and swallowing disorders, and ARFID. I’ve spoken on the topic of picky eating to other occupational therapists nationally and in Canada.
I also have two elementary school-aged children, and I’ve experienced some of the challenges of picky eating in kids right under my own roof! I am energized by my passion for supporting parents on their journey of feeding their children and I am truly honored to be able to support families to make the most of their mealtimes.
After witnessing the struggles of fellow parents around mealtimes with their kids, including families bringing separate meals for their children to events, it was clear there was a greater need in our community.
A need to simplify all the information we get as parents and focus on what matters. A need to help parents feel more confident in their decisions with their kids around mealtimes. A need to help caregivers navigate typical picky eating. And a need to create a space where mealtimes can be positive and enriching for the entire family.
We welcome everyone to join The Mealtime Project and create your best mealtime experience with the ones you love.
With less fights. And no individual meals.
